One if it's selling points for me was with ea's progression no one in town you weren't playing was really progressing besides the game saying you are now married and poof here's a kid out of nowhere. You can set this on a town basis or house by house. Ie can move can't move, can get a job no job, can learn skills can't, can by a car can't.
You can set what everyone in town can and can't do. I mentioned story progression before but didn't really explain all it's greatness. It also has an option to adjust the skill gain so you don't end up gaining skills hella fast in less time.
Meaning your sims will still move normal and do everything the same as before but bc the clock is set to move slower it now only takes 5 or 10 minutes to clean up and wash dishes. You can set relativity to slow down the in game clock. Like 1 sim hour to clean up dishes or 30 sim minutes to take out trash. It is used bc sims take way to long to do things. Like resetting stuck sims and cleaning out townies inventories. IMPORTANT You definitely need to get overwatch and error trap as these will just keep your game running smooth. Remember if you do get a mod that allows teen or male pregnancy you will need preg enabled clothes. I would get sleep freedom and Woohooer these allow you to share beds with other simmies without having a specific relationship and also allows teen pregnancies. As it has been known to move friends and relatives out of town and marry off potential suitors quickly. Definitely try his story progression if you don't like ea's.
